This Sunday in the pulpit will be our guest speaker Nancy Bird Pelligrini whose sermon title is “I Lift My Eyes to the Hills.”  How do we find sustenance and hope amidst the injustices of the universe?  She will explore the 121st Psalm, Sabra Field’s paintings and her own experience in chaplaincy in examining this question.

The collection this Sunday will support Molly’s Place at Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth, CHaD, is a special center for families and children receiving treatment.  It offers resources for patients and families and staff members to help support their needs while being cared for.  Molly’s Place is funded by grants and donations. During coffee hour on Sunday is the spring volunteer RE teacher sign-up.  Look for the poster located in the Fellowship Hall where you can sign-up.  Keep in mind that it is always rewarding to work with the children, and a great way to get to know our young members!

The Youth attending OWL have another program Wednesday, February 6 which meets at UCC from 6:30-8:00 pm.
